Indian Weight Gain Diet Plan



1. Start your Day by Drinking 4 Glass of Water


2. Oats With Milk or ( Idli or Dosa or Rice ) with 7 to 8 Dates(must)



3. Never Skip Your Break Fast




4.Eat Peanuts at 11 a.m


5. 2 Full Eggs with Rice or Curd Rice( Yogurt is must to gain weight)



6. For Dinner Eat Chappati with Non Veg ( Try to Add Non Veg Twice in a Week)



7. After 1 Hour Eat peanuts, Raisins


8. After half an hour Drink one glass of milk 


9. Don't Sleep Immediately after Eating All these


10. Sleep For Atleast 7 to 8 hours
